How do I know which size to order?

All our textile products are unisex, so we'd recommend you to order your actual size. You can find a size guide on every product page, just scroll to the bottom! If you're unsure of which size to pick, have a look at our 'size guide' page!

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! You can find the price list in our 'shipping information', link at the bottom of this page. 👇 

How long does it take for me to get my order?

All our products are created after you made your order. Please allow 5 working days before your package is handed to the delivery service. You will get an email by 'inker' once it's handed to the delivery service.

How much does delivery cost?

The price for delivery depends on the country the package will be send to. The cost of the delivery will be calulated after you've entered the shipping address; For Belgium the cost for delivery is €6,15 and for the Netherlands the cost is €8,22. 

How are my items printed?

Our products are printed and send by our third party Inker (https://inker.be), so we can state that we are working with the very best! Inker prints textiles on the lateste Epson F3000 DTG (Direct To Garment) printers, after which the print is fixed in a Vastex drying tunnel.

How do I wash my products?

We recommend you wash your textiles inside out, on a cold cycle. Use a chlorine-free detergent, never put it in the dryer and don't iron on the embroidered pieces.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation mail on the emailadres you made your order with. As soon as your package is send, you will receive a track&trace from the sender, so you can keep track of your order. You might notice that the name 'inker' appears on the order information, no worries, they are our third party partner!

Where is your store pickup? 

BELGIUM ONLY - You can pick up your order at our third party Inker. The address: Sluis 2D1, Bus 5, 9810 Nazareth, Belgium. Make sure to select store pick up at checkout.
