Want to return an item?

We hope our products meet all your expectations. Not satisfied? You can return your order within 14 days of delivery, starting the day after the product was delivered.

Return conditions:

Only unworn items in their original, undamaged packaging are eligible for return.

 

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the seller is not obligated to issue a refund. The product remains the property of the buyer, who can collect it from the seller within 14 days. All costs and risks associated with the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.

In accordance with Belgian law, certain items may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as custom-made or personalized products.


How to return an item?

  1. Send an email to hello@catcode.be with the product you wish to return, include the order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Ship the package via Bpost or DPD to the address we will provide you. The shipping costs and risks of return are your responsibility, so always request proof of shipment.

 

Force Majeure
Cat Code is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. This includes operational disruptions, strikes, natural disasters, accidents, or government actions affecting us or our suppliers, even if such events were foreseeable.

Complaints
If you have a complaint, we are here to help. You can contact us via hello@catcode.be. For confirmed orders, complaints about visible damage or quality issues with a product must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within this period, any right to a claim expires.
